We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 15 days of purchase. You may exchange your item for a store credit if returned within 30 days.

All items must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once we've received your return we will send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.

If in the rare case your item is faulty, please email us at info@ellenkvam.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 days to appear on your card.
